Emerald Smoke

Next, use a black eye pencil to line the inner rims of eyes. Then sweep a matte eyeshadow in a shade similar to the jade liner along the upper lids and blend. Finish the look with lots of mascara.

Selena Gomez's eyes feature lots of black liner and mascara and a few shades of blue shadow. To recreate her look, use a black eye pencil to line the inner rims of eyes and the upper lash lines.
