The official title of Mission Impossible 4 has been announced: the film will be titled "Mission impossible: Ghost protocol".

And they also revealed Dubai, the Middle-East mega city, will be one of the filming locations.

Mission Impossible 4 Movie Brad Bird

Mission Impossible 4 Movie There was a rumor about Director Brad Bird (who once brought us The Incredibles and Ratatouille) being hired to helm Mission Impossible 4. Well, Tom Cruise just confirmed: Brad Bird will indeed direct Mission Impossible 4!

MI4 would mark Brad Bird's live-action directorial debut. I'm a bit surprised that Cruise and JJ Abrams chose someone from the animation world, but I trust their choice. And wait with impatience for the movie Mission Impossible 4.

Mission impossible 4 Movie in 2011

The movie Impossible is still in very early stages but we're hearing more details about this fourth opus of the Mission Impossible movie series as time goes by.

While appearing on a popular Japanese program, SMAP SMAP, to promote Valkyrie, Tom Cruise said that they were working on the story. He even teases his Japanese public saying that they're thinking of staging a big action sequence in downtown Tokyo.

More recently JJ Abrams who directed the third movie told that Tom Cruise ask him to produce Mission Impossible 4:
